The AWESuM Conference is a dedicated platform on Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), aimed at accelerating systemic change by positioning women not just as participants in growth but as architects of sustainable economic transformation. The discussions will focus on key themes — bridging the gender financing gap, strengthening market strategies under NRLM, capacity building and mentorship, and the private sector’s role in advancing women’s entrepreneurship.

This flagship gathering will convene policymakers, civil society leaders, ecosystem enablers, private sector representatives, philanthropies, financial institutions, academia, international organisations, and most importantly, women entrepreneurs — all united in the shared goal of scaling women-owned and women-led enterprises across India.
