By connecting students to scholarships, internships, exposure visits, mentorships, courses, and employment pathways, the initiative builds cross-sector partnerships to unlock futures. Currently embedded within government school systems across Haryana, Punjab, and Uttarakhand, the program has reached thousands of students in its initial rollout and is rapidly expanding.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Outreach & Partnerships to build and manage a robust network of organizations and educational institutions that can create meaningful opportunities for students in our community.

This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role for an active relationship builder who thrives on driving outreach, forging strategic alliances, and creating partnerships that yield tangible real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Research: Map and research existing opportunities within the government school ecosystem.
• Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, and ecosystem organizations.
• Proactive Outreach: Identify and initiate contact with potential partners through direct outreach, meetings, calls, and active networking.
• Opportunity Sourcing: Source actionable opportunities for students and alumni, including internships, scholarships, mentorships, exposure visits, apprenticeships, and job placements.
• Relationship Management: Nurture partner relationships and ensure smooth coordination across all engagements and programs.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal program teams to align partnership efforts with student needs.
• Tracking & Optimization: Monitor outreach metrics and partnership outcomes while continuously refining internal execution processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or similar external-facing roles. 2–3 years of experience in product, marketing, or business development is an added advantage.
• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Execution Mindset: High degree of ownership, research rigor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative & Experimentation: Comfort with taking initiative, testing new engagement strategies, and iterating rapidly.
• Stakeholder Management: Tenacity in nurturing relationships and managing diverse multi-sector stakeholders from the ground up.
• Sector Exposure: Prior experience engaging with universities, colleges, skilling institutes, foundations, or family offices is a strong plus.
