By submitting an application, subscribing to our newsletter, registering for a webinar or learning session, engaging Ground Zero's services, or otherwise interacting with our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. About Ground Zero

Ground Zero (a brand of GZ Consulting Private Limited, CIN: U78100UT2024PTC018270) is a talent search and advisory firm dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit and social impact ecosystem across India and South Asia, through retained search, organizational advisory, benchmarking, and community initiatives.

2. Scope of Engagement

By applying, subscribing, registering, or otherwise engaging with us, you acknowledge that you are exploring career opportunities, partnership, learning content, or community engagement with Ground Zero and its partner organizations.

3. Consideration for Roles

We may consider your application for current or future roles based on your qualifications and our partners' requirements. Your information may be retained for future opportunities, subject to your consent and the Data Retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

4. Newsletter, Webinars & Learning Sessions

If you subscribe to our newsletter or register for a webinar, AMA, or learning session, you agree that we may contact you regarding that specific communication or event, and related sector updates you may find relevant. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Use of Information

Information you submit will be used solely to assess your fit for roles or engagements with Ground Zero's partner organizations, to manage your participation in our newsletters, webinars, and learning sessions, and to support our advisory and community services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Your information will not be shared with any third party outside Ground Zero and its partner organizations without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to operate our services (e.g., webinar or email platforms), as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Communication

You agree that Ground Zero may contact you regarding relevant roles, community initiatives, sector updates, or events, based on how you've engaged with us.

8. Your Rights

You may withdraw your application, unsubscribe from communications, request correction of your data, or request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hr@jobs.groundzero.community. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights under the DPDP Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ground Zero facilitates introductions, search processes, and sector content, but does not guarantee employment outcomes, event availability, or specific results from our advisory services. Final hiring decisions rest with our partner organizations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content shared through our newsletters, webinars, learning sessions, and website - including but not limited to written content, recordings, and materials - remains the property of Ground Zero and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert city - likely Dehradun, please confirm].
