  • Educational and professional background, skills, and qualifications
  • Organization name and role (for nonprofit partners and webinar registrants)

  • Registration details for webinars, AMAs, and learning sessions (name, email, organization, role, questions submitted)
  • Any other information you voluntarily share with us through our website, forms, or communications

3. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your personal data only for specified, lawful purposes, including:

  • Assessing your fit for roles with Ground Zero or its partner organizations
  • Matching your profile to relevant opportunities
  • Sending newsletters, sector insights, and updates you've subscribed to
  • Managing registration, access, and follow-up communication for webinars, AMAs, and learning sessions
  • Keeping you informed about roles, events, or community initiatives you may find relevant
  • Improving our search, advisory, and community services

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what you've consented to.

By submitting your information - whether through a job application, newsletter sign-up, webinar registration, or any other form on our platforms - you provide consent for Ground Zero to process your personal data for the purposes stated above.   • Unsubscribe from newsletters or communications at any time, via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us
  • Grievance redressal, by contacting our Grievance Officer (see Section 10)

We may use third-party service providers (such as ATS platform, email, webinar, or cloud storage platforms) that store or process data outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with the DPDP Act.
