Huddles: Making Sense of Complexity

"Making Sense of Complexity" is a core operational focus of the strategy huddles, workshops, and ecosystem convenings hosted at the*spark | Pullur Centre. Launched by The/Nudge Foundation in Whitefield, Bengaluru, this 20,000 sq. ft. biophilic campus is purpose-built to help social entrepreneurs, changemakers, and funders untangle and navigate highly complex social and systemic challenges. The centre utilizes specific design elements and structured environments to address complexity:

• Invite-Only Strategy Huddles: Held inside the Dialogues Arena, these specialized sessions are curated specifically to break down multi-layered developmental and livelihood problems into actionable solutions. 
• Systems Thinking & Sprints: The campus brings together impact innovators for workshops—such as the Building Dialogues series—utilizing frameworks like systems thinking and hands-on tools (e.g., LEGO Serious Play) to map friction points and visualize complex real-world ecosystems. 
• Ecosystem Density: By housing founders, 1,600+ NGOs, policymakers, and over 100 investors under one roof, the centre uses "proximity" to encourage cross-sector collaboration. Spontaneous interactions in the designated huddle zones help synthesize fragmented ideas into cohesive, scalable solutions.
