Humanising Data Masterclass (26th Aug | 03 to 06PM)

The Why - The most human sector is only talking cold numbers. They've removed the human behind the data, and the problem this has created is that our stakeholders have begun to see our organisations as vending machines. They've also lost sight of the real story of change that they have driven through their assistance.

The above two lead the funder into two kinds of blind spots:

• They expect unnatural results and scaling.
• It's difficult to showcase interrelated problems because they've only seen measurements.

The How - We are building capacities across the sector to bring back stories and people into the stakeholders' visibility. This enables them to stay connected, act with more empathy, and have a holistic view of the communities.

The What - The 3-hour masterclass takes you through the journey of using data, mapping it to real beneficiaries, weaving the story arc, and connecting it back to the larger goal. You also get a view of how these stories can be built, keeping in mind the DPDP Act and its provisions.
CommsPur Collective has built a framework that enables teams to think in a predefined format to be able to humanise the data they are dealing with. This framework can be used by all functions, including people management, fundraising, and communications.
