Role Overview

This role leads the strategic planning, implementation, and daily management of Ground Zero’s social media presence to foster audience engagement and amplify the impact of organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Ground Zero’s goals.
• Curate, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and deliver insights to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with internal communication teams to integrate social media into broader campaigns.
• Increase followership, engagement, positive sentiment, and brand perception across all platforms.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management and managing successful campaigns.
• Competencies: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics, strong content creation/curation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
