Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious, empathetic, and self-driven leadership professional who believes in our cause and is committed to taking ownership to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Attributes:

• 8+ years of experience in programme management, leadership, or cross-functional team management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex programmes with varied, demanding senior stakeholders and high ambiguity.
• Strong resilience and problem-solving mindset—able to drive results despite challenges and view setbacks as learning opportunities.
• A leadership style that balances empathy, optimism, and pragmatism to ensure high-impact execution.
• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust and connect with learners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders alike.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple programmes and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
